HELLO
I’m Yota from Suzhou, China,
I am a BFA animation student now studying at the School of Visual Arts.
I am a professional in 2D animation and exploring 3D modeling/animation as well.
I’m interested in both animation and illustration fields.
Outside of my studies at SVA, I am also completing my own animated short, “My Granny”;
a narration from a Child whose grandmother always lived out her passions.
I find that dedicating time to both my SVA studies and personal films fosters the growth of my animation style and professionalism. I enjoy completing these films and I aspire to work in more diverse studies, telling engaging stories.
I interned for NETEASE to do conceptual design for characters and backgrounds in a game program for two months. I’m really into this work, and I hope to gain more chances to attend projects of these sorts.
